Privacy Policy

Here at Cost Charts (“CostCharts.com,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) we care about being transparent with our visitors and users. Effective as of January 1, 2019, we have updated our Privacy Policy to clarify (in plain English and with a lot of bullets) what information we collect and how we use that information when you visit our Websites (defined herein) and use our products or services (collectively, “Services”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Website” collectively refers to costcharts.com and other websites that we operate or that link to this Privacy Policy.

Any information which is provided by you to CostCharts.com via this website or otherwise will be treated in accordance with the terms of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) (the “Act”) and/or such amending or replacement legislation as may be adopted in Canada from time to time.
